Frequently Asked Questions
How long will it take to receive my custom flag?
Custom flags require an additional 5-7 business day processing time. When you complete checkout your order is immediately put into production. Once the order has been processed and completed the shipping time will depend on your selected shipping method and location.
What are the file upload specifications?
Our flags are 3x5ft so your final edited image will follow a 3:5 image ratio. We recommend you to provide an image that is at least 2000px on the smallest side to ensure clear printing when it is scaled to 3x5ft. You can print with a lower image size however it may appear pixelated or blurry when scaled. Please allow a 5% bleed area on all edges of the flag to ensure no important parts of your image are cut out during production.
Are custom flags returnable if I don’t like it?
Unfortunately custom flags are not eligible for return. If you feel that there was an issue with the flag or it didn’t turn out as expected please contact us and our team will help find a resolution.
Can you design a custom flag for me?
Our team does not offer any individual assistance designing custom flags. We recommend using an online tool if you are looking to add text or create a collage of images. Then you can save and upload the file to create your custom flag.
Do you offer bulk pricing for custom flags?
We offer bulk pricing on orders of 12 or more flags. If you’d like more information please contact us.
